Each Player may hold only one (1) active phwil account. If you have lost access to an existing account, contact phwil support rather than registering a new account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. Providing false information — including false name, age, or identity documents — is a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwil login credentials. You agree not to share your password with any third party. phwil will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Notify phwil support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
In compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, phwil is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in some cases, at registration.
phwil accepts the following Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC verification:
phwil will complete identity verification within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of receiving complete and legible documents. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. phwil reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial documents are insufficient.
If a Player refuses to complete KYC verification or provides fraudulent documents, phwil reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze any balance, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
phwil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven (Cliqq). All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most payment methods. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your phwil account.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
phwil does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet) may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond phwil's control.
phwil reserves the right to hold, suspend, or reverse transactions that are flagged by its fraud detection systems. Players may be required to provide additional verification before a flagged transaction is processed.
All bonuses offered by phwil are subject to wagering requirements (also called "playthrough requirements") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus offer terms.
Not all games at phwil contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is as follows (indicative; refer to specific offer terms):
phwil monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies solely to fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the time period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All games available on phwil use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been audited to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and unpredictable. phwil does not manipulate game outcomes and does not operate any game with predetermined results.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, phwil reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's phwil account. Winnings accumulated during a malfunctioning game session may be withheld pending technical review.

Upon termination for Player-initiated reasons or administrative closure (non-breach), any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within thirty (30) business days. Balances associated with breaches of these Terms may be forfeited.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the phwil Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phwil through direct communication with our customer support team. phwil will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of being notified.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority overseeing phwil's operations in the Philippines.
phwil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact information on file (SMS to registered mobile number and/or notice upon next login). Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
